In addition to the increase in net profits, the company also reported a 13% growth in revenue to AU$6.3 billion, and a 13.8% growth in earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) to AU$2.11 billion. The report also highlighted key financial metrics for the fiscal year 2023, including a 35.9% increase in profit from ordinary activities before tax, a 25.1% increase in profit before tax, a 53.3% increase in profit from ordinary activities after tax, and a 20.7% increase in profit after tax and before amortization of acquired intangibles.
The report further detailed revenue and profit by segment, with the Americas contributing AU$2.9 billion in revenue, Australia and New Zealand contributing AU$458.4 million, and International Class III contributing AU$200 million. In terms of profit, the Americas generated AU$1.67 billion, Australia and New Zealand contributed AU$151.3 million, and International Class III contributed AU$98.6 million.
